Making a Claim
If you need to make a claim, we recommend that you contact your agent, broker or visit any one of our offices immediately with all available information about the loss.
What you need to make a claim:
1. Complete Claim form – your name and company details
2. The policy reference number
3. Date of Accident
4. Details of Accident or Situation(in case of bonds, fidelity)
5. Official Accident Reports
6. Photographs of Accident
7. Estimation of costs
When registering a claim, please try to provide as much of this information as possible so that we can process the claim quickly and efficiently.
Once the claim documents are submitted the circumstances of the claim will be investigated. The damage or losses incurred arising from the incident will be evaluated by an internal Claims Assessor or an Independent Loss Adjuster. An agreed settlement between yourself and the Insurance Company will then be made .
If a Policy Deductible (Excess) applies, this amount will be for the Insured’s account.
